Children arrive and self-register. They select a book to share at home with parent/carer.

Adult’s welcoming and begin play partnering.

Children explore their own interests; play is supported and extended by practitioners.

9:45 – 10:00 Talk Time and Prerequisite Phonic Skills

Adult led; Wellcomm language and prerequisite phonic skills development activities.

10:00 – 11:00 Child Initiated Play & an Invitation to Play and Explore

Children pursue their own interests and learning styles supported by practitioners.

An Invitation to Play and Explore, is planned and delivered daily based on children’s learning needs and curriculum focus

11:10 – 11:15 Maths Chat

Adult led; opportunities to experience a range of mathematical activities and learn mathematical related vocabulary.

Thursday’s offer; Talk and draw session
Friday’s offer; Helicopter stories session.

Focus story book session.

Funky Friday – music, dance and singing.
